Location. Z and X Villas are located in the villages surrounding the city of Paphos, Cyprus, each villa between one and twenty kilometres from a beach.
Hotel Features. Each self catering, luxury villa is unique, with either a modern or traditional Mediterranean style decor. Many are situated in picturesque rural areas with views of the sea and surrounding countryside. Each villa has a swimming pool with a sun terrace and spa tub as well as a garden barbecue. Childcare can be arranged.

Wedding packages consisting of flowers, catering, photographer and car hire are available.

A variety of recreational amenities are offered in the vicinity of most sites including scuba diving, swimming, fishing excursions, horse riding and golf.

Guestrooms. Each villa has a television, private bathroom and fully equipped kitchen with countertop appliances, washing machine, dish washer and all standard amenities. Extra bedding and towels are provided. Air conditioning is available for a surcharge.

Expert Tip. Bicycles can be hired in most areas and are an excellent way of getting to know the locale.

Special Check In Details.Guests should call two days prior to arrival on 00357 26 9452229 (during working hours) or 00357 99 413825 / 00357 99 638763 in order to receive driving directions from the airport to the villa. The key to the villa will be at the door in a welcome envelope. A representative will visit the villa to complete the check in process.
From Paphos Airport (PFO):
Distance to Z and X Villas varies from site to site but is generally within 100 kilometres of Paphos Airport, approximately 60 minutes' drive.

Getting there. Taxis are available at the Arrivals Gate. A private car is the most convenient way of travelling to the villas and several car hire companies have facilities at the airport.

Getting around. Bicycles are the best means to explore the Paphos area, though a car may be necessary for travelling further afield.
