Location. The Elounda Ilion is a family friendly resort built on hillside terraces offering panoramic views of Mirabello Bay located two kilometres from the Elounda village and six kilometres from Agios Nikolaos. Nikos Kazantzakis Airport (HER) is 63 kilometres away with an approximate driving time of 50 minutes.

Getting there. A taxi from the airport should cost approximately 66 EUR. Local bus services serve the area. A hire car would be useful for trips around the island.

Driving directions. From the airport take the national road to Agios Nikolaos and follow all signs for Agios Nikolaos until reaching a traffic light junction just before the town. Turn left at the traffic lights following signs for Elounda. Hotel Elounda Ilion is signposted and situated on the right hand side of the road.
