Designed in a classical Tunisian style, the Sofitel Palm Beach Tozeur is set in lush gardens overlooking the town's magnificent palm groves at the gateway to the desert, just 2 kilometres from Tozeur Airport. This two floor property features 128 air conditioned guestrooms distributed amongst several buildings linked to a central area. Guestrooms feature private balconies and are decorated in a palette of terracotta tones incorporating traditional Tunisian design with marble arches, woven carpets and wicker furnishings. All have bathrooms, hairdryers, satellite TV, radios, safes, telephones and minibars.

A la carte cuisine and a large wine menu can be sampled at the hotel's third restaurant. In the evening guests can enjoy a drink at one of the two hotel bars open daily until midnight. Tozeur is a prosperous town offering attractions to visitors including shops selling jewellery, carpets and pottery, and the famous botanical gardens which incorporate the Tozeur palm grove with over 200, 000 palm trees. The Dar Chariet Museum and historic 14th century Medina are within a kilometre of the hotel. Tozeur Airport is two kilometres away with an approximate driving time of five minutes.
The airport is only two kilometres north west of the city so the best way to get to the hotel is by taxi. Taxis are available outside the arrivals hall and will cost approximately 1.500 TND (surcharge at night).
